You will be joining a growing service supporting adults across aged care, DVA and NDIS, working with a broad range of functional, physical and complex presentations. The Role As an Occupational Therapist, you will work primarily with an adult caseload, delivering functional, community-based services in a mobile and work-from-home model. You will structure your day with autonomy while remaining connected to a collaborative and supportive clinical team. Your responsibilities include: Functional capacity and ADL assessments Home modifications and assistive technology recommendations Working with DVA and aged care clients plus some NDIS participants Report writing and documentation completed from home Liaising with families, support coordinators and care teams Your caseload will be localised to reduce unnecessary travel and allow you to manage your schedule effectively.
